Groundwork is designed for use by a parent or guardian together with a child; the account, and responsibility for its use, sits with the adult account holder, not the child.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

3. Scope of Services

  • Vocal Production, Composition, Writing, and Performance: We offer artistic and creative services that may include recording, songwriting, session work, live performances, and related work.
  • Audio Engineering (Mastering & Mixing): We provide professional audio engineering services, including audio mastering and partial mixing, subject to client specifications and our internal guidelines.
  • Music Sales: We may sell music or related digital or physical products. All sales are subject to availability and specific sales terms posted on our Website.
  • Donations and Free Giveaways: We may periodically solicit donations or offer giveaways to support our artistic endeavours or community engagement. Participation is voluntary and subject to additional guidelines posted alongside each offer.
  • Street Membership: Street is a free membership tier. It carries no payment obligation now or in the future without clear, advance notice, and can be cancelled by you at any time.
  • Groundwork: Groundwork is provided free to Street members for personal, household use. It is a companion tool, not a curriculum, and does not replace a child's formal education. It carries no endorsement from any education department or authority. Its underlying code, illustrations, and content remain the property of Bronze Street and may not be modified, redistributed, rebranded, or sold, in whole or in part. Full terms specific to Groundwork are included within the application itself.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, including Street membership, you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

5. Payments, Donations, and Transactions

Payments: Some Services (for example, custom music, vocal production, or performance fees) require upfront or milestone-based payments. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the Website.

Donations: Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

Free Giveaways, Street Membership, and Groundwork: These are provided at no cost. As no payment is made, no refund applies. Eligibility criteria for any giveaway will be clearly stated where offered, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel a giveaway, or the Street programme itself, at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Introduce viruses or other malicious code that could damage the Website or Services.
  • Engage in data scraping, data harvesting, or any automated means of accessing the Website.
  • Attempt to circumvent membership access controls or gain access to member content without a valid, current membership.
